As part of Accenture’s design team for BBVA Digital Banking Europe, I design and adapt customer journey communications across email, landing pages, in-app notifications, and CRM touchpoints. My work focuses on creating clear, consistent experiences, aligning messaging between CRM and Marketing teams, and tailoring designs to local market needs while maintaining a cohesive brand experience.

Multi-country design adaptation – Supported Italy and Germany markets, ensuring all communications met local language, regulatory, and cultural requirements.

New market launch – Contributed to the launch of BBVA Germany, applying insights from the Italian market to accelerate adaptation and reduce friction for customers.

Rebranding execution – Applied updated brand guidelines to digital communications, creating new visual components for use across channels.
