BBVA Digital Banking Europe

As part of Accenture’s design team for BBVA Digital Banking Europe, I design and adapt customer journey communications across email, landing pages, in-app notifications, and CRM touchpoints. My work focuses on creating clear, consistent experiences, aligning messaging between CRM and Marketing teams, and tailoring designs to local market needs while maintaining a cohesive brand experience.

Scope & Responsibilities

  • Multi-country design adaptation – Supported Italy and Germany markets, ensuring all communications met local language, regulatory, and cultural requirements.

  • New market launch – Contributed to the launch of BBVA Germany, applying insights from the Italian market to accelerate adaptation and reduce friction for customers.

  • Rebranding execution – Applied updated brand guidelines to digital communications, creating new visual components for use across channels.

  • Cross-team collaboration – Partnered with CRM, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging, share insights, and ensure consistency in design.

  • Partner campaigns – Designed for co-branded initiatives with strategic partners such as Mastercard and Live Nation.

  • Process improvement – Helped refine design workflows, enhance tools and documentation, and supported team growth.
